Abstract:
After the break with the USSR, the leadership of the communist party of Yugoslavia decided to form the foundation of the socialist system, which would become an alternative to the Soviet "real socialism." At the official level, it was about the creative development of the Marxist-Leninist theory, the practical implementation of which was a campaign against bureaucracy based on the working people. The relevant changes were introduced into the constitutional system of Yugoslavia by the adoption of the Constitutional Law on the foundations of the social and political structure of the FRNY and the Federal authorities. These changes were not recorded in the new Constitution, but in the Constitutional Law, the provisions of which, together with the existing provisions of the Constitution of the FRNY of 1946, were an integral part of the unified Constitution of Yugoslavia until the adoption of the new Constitution in 1963. The analysis of fundamental changes in the system of state authorities of the FRNY, provided by the Constitutional Law of 1953, is presented in this article.
