Abstract:
The applying of the theory of constraints is particularly relevant in the Russian Federation in view of the fact that some high-tech industries of the domestic economy are characterized by a high proportion of old and inefficient equipment. Management planning done in accordance with the theory of constraints, will improve the efficiency of the equipment by the phase detection and elimination of the most problematic areas, instead of a full re-equipment that requires a large amount not always available funding
