Abstract:
The purpose of the present article is implementation of a complex sotsio-ekologo-economic assessment of agrarian focused regions of the South of Russia. Along with traditional approaches we offer to use multidimensional methods of the comparison, allowing to receive generalizing rating estimates of a level of development as as a whole, and in a section of the separate directions: ecological, economic and social. Practical use of such approach allows to add qualitative characteristics of stability and balance of development with quantitative estimates that in our opinion can find broad application at the solution of problems of strategic planning and programming.
