Abstract:
In the article directions of formation and application of knowledge in development of a human capital, the cultural values corresponding to creation of modern intellectual company are considered. The state role in management of an infrastructure of reproduction of a human capital on the basis of the allocated functions is considered. Significance of formation in modern company, as formation - the universal factor of public progress is opened. Necessary changes to transformation of universities in preparation of the intellectual capital are allocated
