Features theoretical modeling of measures to combat organized crime

This article attempts to highlight the main features of the theoretical criminal and criminological modeling in planning measures to combat organized crime . Based on a review of methodological features of theoretical modeling in planning the fight against organized crime, designated in general terms and methods of theoretical modeling of the process used in the science of criminal law and criminology. At the same time pointed out that these methods are fundamental in theoretical modeling, taking into account the need to ensure the priority of theoretical models. It is suggested that these methods produced theoretical models should strive to realize the possibility of empirical data interpretation models using sociological and statistical methods to compare the theoretical models created with the specific social and legal reality.
