Abstract:
The task. In this article, for example Belozerskaya colony with a special regime of USSR Ministry of internal Affairs discussed the development of individual educational impact on juvenile offenders. The methodology. This research is based on the historical legal method and the method of comparative law was applied for the analysis of normative-legal base, regulating the activity of the colony with a special regime). Conclusions. Analyzed are the problems of creation of the primary children's groups in connection with absence of normative-legal base concerning the forms and methods of educational work with the special contingent. In this study, it follows that the individual educational work with pupils is essential for establishing the identity of the path of correction. Practical value. Considered in the study related questions and individually-the educational impact on juvenile offenders can be useful for further study of peculiarities of development of the Soviet state apparatus as a whole, its punitive organs and systems of institutions executing punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty. The originality and the value. This study will be of interest to persons interested in the problems of the Soviet prison system.
