Abstract:
Due to Performance Based Budgeting conditions, it is very important to monitor the main indicators of Government Management. The author have analysed data on executive revenue and expenditure of the federal budget for the eight-year period (2005-2012 fiscal years). Analyzed monitoring data allow to identify the main strategic directions for the formation of budgets income and expenditure.
