Abstract:

The subject of research is social relations as the factors of the systematization of system of private law. The purpose of the article – to describe the relations, which determine systematization in private law. The article presents the basic provisions reflecting the general characteristics of the systematization of the private law, which lie at the basis of the knowledge of the separate system connections of private-right branches. Special attention is paid to economic and family and domestic spheres of social life, as in them most clearly embodied the essence of private start generating legal mediation. Primary social relations considered in conjunction with state-willed character of law, legal policy, the principles of law.
