Abstract:
In the article the analysis of the resolution of Plenum of the Supreme Court of 24.11.2015, No. 52. in the definition used in the legislation of terms such as a sports mode and a sports injury. The lack of legal consolidation of these definitions, gives rise to ambiguous interpretation in practice and hinders enforcement. Proposed to vest the right to concretize the term "sport mode" in local acts of sport organizations ( clubs).Justifies the proposal on amendments to the law on insurance from accidents on manufacture in respect of sports injuries.
