Abstract:
The paper proposes the concept for the formation of effective mechanisms for industrial enterprise innovation development intended for the integrated system of economic management; the model of mechanism has been designed and its institutional components have been outlined with the emphasis on the institution of state-private partnership including the strategic planning and regulation of the industry innovation development on the whole, and the enterprise within its frames.
