Abstract:
The article explores the conditions for the availability of affordable and comfortable housing and the development of proposals with regard to the improvement of the current system of housing provision in Moscow. The analysis of the current situation in the sphere of affordable and comfortable housing availability has been carried out in the framework of this research along with the study of international experience of the development of the given trend; in addition, ways of improving the system of housing availability in Moscow have been proposed. The development of proposals has made it possible to determine the possibilities of implementation and accomplishment of an innovative model to ensure the provision of affordable and comfortable housing by way of formation and development of the municipal rental housing fund on the basis of rental housing units, and through a more intensive integration of mechanisms of state-private partnership.
