Abstract:
The study consideres main features of socio-economic development within subjects of the Russian Federation, parts of the Far East Federal District, and their potential from the point of using this new for the Russian management practice instrument for government regulation the development in regions as an area of advancing social and economic growth. Basing on the analysis of social and economic development within Far East subjects and their budget options in the article were made conductions of poor level of using the economic potential of Far East regions in the Russian economy as a whole, moreover the mechanism of creating of advancing sociо-economic development was considered, which would help to accelerate socio-economic development of the Far East and to make these regions attractive for investors. The article also considered the mechanism of developing government and federal targeted programs, which are the main instrument for financing large infrastructure projects.
