Abstract:
In the article features of formation and planning talent pool as one of the main elements of the system of personnel development organization. In world practice, there is no universal model of how to form a reserve of administrative staff, plan and organize work with him. Companies developing their own plans, in accordance with the specifics of their activities. According to the author, the application of a systems approach is an important principle of effective work with the personnel reserve. This should be the objects are defined as elements of control systems installed by their interaction, developed tools (methods, techniques, etc.) influence on these objects.
