Abstract:
Development of the global financial and economic crisis and the measures taken by developed countries and economic blocks to revitalize national economies testify to use in this fight against the crisis mainly financial and monetary methods of economic regulation. Despite the absence of the expected effect on giving dynamics in the development of national economies, a set of these methods has not changed. The basis used by regulatory measures, despite the absence of any reference to official sources, is the Keynesian theory of crisis management. It is therefore appropriate under the prism of the current financial and economic crisis, the analysis of the main components of the Keynesian theory. Perhaps understanding of contradictions in it, as well as the nature of the study, limited financial and monetary sphere, will be for developers of anti-crisis programs motive for wider coverage of anti-crisis measures of the economic system, in order to obtain the expected socio-economic impact. This article is intended for graduate students, doctoral candidates, teachers, researchers, financial and monetary problems-credit circulation.
