PRIVATE LAW RELATIONS AS A LEGAL MARKET ECONOMY EXPRESSION

The subjects of the study are legally significant relationships in the field of private law, from the standpoint of theoretical foundations and practical implementation of a modern market economy. The aim is to develop the legal concepts of private law relations in a market economy. In conducting research to achieve the objectives used such common methods of scientific knowledge as a method of materialist dialectics, scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, systematic and structural approach). The result of the study is to identify ways to address the problems in the private-law, including those set clear limits of government intervention in private law relations. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the conclusions and generalizations made by it can be used in legislative, judicial and other law enforcement. Actual problems of Russian society, of course, dictate the need for a thorough theoretical study of private law relations. Without a sufficient theoretical framework, it is difficult to talk about the development of private law in the country.
