Abstract:
The article is devoted to the question of the need to include the principle of international reciprocity in the current legislation as a basis for the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments. The author believes that if you stick to the principle of the conventional exequatur and restrictive interpretation, and to apply the principle of reciprocity, Russia did not appear able to provide stakeholders should remedy in our country.
