Abstract:
This article is devoted to the essential determination of qualitative characteristics of economic growth of entrepreneurship as a system, as well as the sustainability of growth. Presents a new systemic paradigm of development of small and medium business in the unity of the three aspects of sustainability: economic growth, new quality and efficiency of development. Formed the main integral indicators, reflecting the new quality of economic growth.
