Abstract:
This article devoted to the process of formation and development of the institution of self-help of civil rights in ancient Rome. The paper examines changes of the law in part of self-help and identifies the preconditions of those changes, which related with the complexity of the social structure and the strengthening of state power. The purpose of the article is the comprehensive study of the self help in ancient Rome. Examined problem deserves close attention, because Private Law of ancient Rome during its existence comes a long way from invocation of self-help as a standard of behavior to its full bun. The article based on the detailed analyze of the laws and customs of ancients Rome, which concerned with self-help of civil rights in different historical periods
