Abstract:
The article deals with the regulation of the responsibility for the execution of orders or instructions to the Soviet period. The author compares different approaches to the study of issues related to rules on the execution of orders or instructions, in addition, identifies factors which have a direct impact on the process of the formation of the institution. In this article, the author attempts to uncover the underlying causes and characteristics of the formation and development of the institution of execution of an order or orders in this period of the Soviet time.
