Abstract:
The article considers the problem of financing of extremist and terrorist activity in regions of the Russian Federation from foreign countries. Special attention is paid to a problem of financing of training of youth from the republics of the North Caucasus in foreign religious educational institutions. In the article some measures of counteraction to external sources of financing of extremist and terrorist activity are offered. Provisions of article can be used at further theoretical researches in the sphere of counteraction to extremism and terrorism, in practical activities of specialized subjects of counteraction to external sources of financing of extremism and terrorism.
