Abstract:
In article the questions of jurisprudence connected as with creation in the Komi Republic of national park "Yugyd Va National Park", and with numerous attempts to change its territory are considered and analyzed. For the years which have passed from the moment of creation of this especially protected natural territory in 1994, attempts of change of legal status of "Yugyd Va National Park" that is inadmissible also repeatedly took place and contradicts the federal legislation. Point in a train of infinite trials I put on August 21, 2013. Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. However opportunity to appeal against this decision in the first instance in appeal board of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation suggests that to a full resolution of conflict is still far.
