Abstract:
The Article is devoted to the need for institutional development of lobbying and its legal regulation in contemporary social issues. The key idea of the authors is to «ride» lobbyism turning it into a controlled socially useful activities. The following is a reason for posing this question, summarized modern ideas about the roots and the realities of lobbying, the conclusion is made about a sharp rise in the value of lobbying, strengthening its corruption component in the current situation, it outlines possible subject and discussion themes.
