Abstract:
The article is dedicated to priority spheres of the state policy in the sphere of improving competitiveness through innovation management, including product upgrades, based on the using of new and innovative engineering principles and physics laws in production; activation of the commercialization of the results of research and development activities and the increased development of high-tech industries segments; development of public-private partnerships in high-tech industries; development of import-substitution industries focused on innovation. According to the authors, the management of innovations in these spheres will contribute to the growth of Russian socio-economic development rate, development of new markets, reinforcement national security.
