Abstract:
In this article the author on the basis of an analysis of the legislation and the conclusions of lawyers, attempts to address the legal nature of a television movie, and give it to the concept of individually defined-certain characteristics of a television movie as a special object of copyright, which is particularly important for the formulation of the subject license agreement. The article not only revealed the concept of a television movie, but also indicates the moment when the TV movie arose as an object of copyright.
