Approaches to the development of the methodology for strategy formulation and management of innovative development planning of the aerospace industry

One of the central objectives of business strategy, considered in this article, is target-oriented planning and management that consolidate the strategic goals and real means to an end within the program of the innovative development of the industrial base and technological support of the enterprise. The authors consider four functional subsystem of management. These are strategic management; project management; target management; maintenance of management. The article pays special attention to the innovative development strategy of high-tech industries. So the authors proposed the methodology for strategies formulation and management of innovative development planning of the aerospace industry, based on the assessment of a system of indicators characterized the innovative potential of the industry, aimed at its development
