Abstract:
In article executive production is considered as a final stage of civil process which main objective consists in ensuring property and other responsibility of the debtor in a civil turn without which the decision of considerable part of economic problems of modern Russia is impossible. The author analyzes the federal law of 02.07.2007 No. 229-FZ "About executive production" which changed and detailed its many institutes in comparison with earlier existing legislation.
