Abstract:
The article covers different peculiarities of land purchase and sale agreement. Current practice relating to essential conditions of land purchase and sale agreement is analyzed. Civil law regulation of contractual relations, regarding first of all the determination of essential conditions of land purchase and sale agreement, is examined. The objects of public and private rights due to the particularity of the corresponding legal regulation are also the subject of the article
