Abstract:
As can be seen from many studies the population if our country continuously grows. Most Russian families pursue to birth two children as a minimum. This is a very good tendency, which should be supported and all conditions to its realization created. Surely, besides the significant financial support of families with children, the presence of housing and the place in childcare center is indeed important for them. This article considers these issues, which to our point are the most critical for Russian families
