Abstract:
In the article in detail the analysis of processes of transformation of the regional market of real estate. The author's position that the property should be treated as a limited benefit, stimulating implementation of processes of search and selection of the best possibilities of its application in order to receive maximum benefits and(or) synergistic effect.
