Abstract:
The article is devoted to the current legal regulation of the non-state pension system (occupational pensions) in the Russian Federation. The author researches the system of non-state pension schemes in Russia, using current legislation and statistics. The author also compares the Russian system of non-state pensions with the British one, determining the problems and the perspectives of the former. In conclusion, the author comes to the point that in order to make the Russian system of non-state pensions more effective it is necessary to amend the Russian law, using experience of the UK
