Abstract:
The purpose of writing a research paper is to determine the structural features of the brand name, in accordance with the amendments to the fourth chapter of the Civil Code. Particular attention is paid to the development of theoretical and practical conclusions about the need to re-brand names indicating in the legal form of a kind of economic society (corporations). Methodological basis is a set of methods of scientific knowledge, of which occupies a leading place dialectical materialist method of knowledge. Use basic methods of research used in legal science. As a result of the writing of this research the author of a number of conclusions and proposals, the main of which is the conclusion that the economic societies can be registered only in the form of limited liability companies and joint stock company. In the time of the creation of the company, you need to determine what will be the Company is a public or non-public and suitable additions made to the company name and the company's charter. The results of this research can be used in practice in the provision of services for the state registration of business entities. The practical significance of this study lies in the fact that the persons concerned reduces the risk of incorrect or incomplete registration of documents required for state registration of trade names of business entities. As far as the author knows, at the time of this writing in the scientific literature the question of the new registration regime brand names did not come up, which leads to scientific novelty of the topic of this article. The work is intended for use in the practice of commercial organizations.
