Abstract:
The article is analyze the international legal norms fixing the obligations of the states on counteraction to illegal circulation of nuclear materials. The article is considered the status of juridical entities as subjects of the given illegal act from the point of view of international law and the national legislation of the states. The article is pay attention to possibilities of their calling to account for the acts made within the limits of various jurisdictions.
