Abstract:
In article the system basics of functioning of the state financial control which are under construction on the principles of development of external state audit are covered. Institutional aspects of system of external state control and, in particular, audit, are interfaced to existence of effective system of external state audit of efficiency and productivity in development of public funds that promotes achievement of strategic reference points of social and economic development of the country within realization of state programs
