FORMATION OF THE CENTER OF STATE-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN REGION

In article questions of development of forms of Public Private Partnership (PPP) at region level are considered. It is noticed that at the coordination of the investment projects accompanying PPP, there are obstacles which are caused by absence of the certain norms establishing regulations of interaction of public authorities among themselves and with representatives of business structures. In this connection with a view of formation of the effective mechanism of Public Private Partnership in the Novosibirsk region, and also maintenance of quality of given state and municipal services, loading decrease on the budget of region, strengthening of social responsibility of business and increase of a standard of living of the population of the Novosibirsk region creation in organization region - the Center of Public Private Partnership of the Novosibirsk region is offered.
