Abstract:
Considering the reasons of placement of IPO, positive and negative sides of process, insufficiency of the financial information support corresponding to the international standards is defined. The placement of IPOI presented in dynamics its influence on activity financing, problems of providing investors with financial information are revealed. It is offered: information support of all stages of carrying out IPO, participation of structural divisions in preparation and optimization of financial information.
