Abstract:
Due to the high level of the building development in Russian Federation, the constructor`s liability for the substandard work is very relevant for the research. This article discovers the gratuitous elimination of the work defects on the building contracts. The author, by basing on the analysis, discovers antagonisms in judiciary practice in the client`s requirements of the gratuitous elimination of the work defects. Basing on the results of the research, author has made a number of conclusions and proposals to improve the existing civil law
