Anti-corruption examination of regulations and their projects in education

Abstract:

In this article actual problems of anti-corruption examination of regulations and their projects in education of the Russian Federation are considered. The most characteristic signs of corruptibility of the modern Russian legislation are noted. Questions of a corruption component of the Federal law "About education in the Russian Federation" are in detail investigated. Offers on decrease in corruptibility of regulations are given.
