Abstract:
The article deals with modern problems of legal science. Objective: To carry out a legal analysis of the phenomenon of legal responsibility. Objectives: To examine the main theoretical and legal aspects of the legal liability. Methods: The methodological framework of legal liability is the dialectical approach to the study of social reality. Conclusions: The author based on the analysis of the provisions of the current legislation and the views of jurists attempt to consider the legal nature of the phenomenon of legal responsibility, to carry out a specific legal analysis, to point out the main aspects of the concept, which is especially important when considering the issue. In fact, the science of law no uniform approach to the definition of the phenomenon - the legal responsibility and identified uses are mainly determined by the law, which ultimately affects the quality of law and order in the state. The paper not only reveals the concept of legal responsibility, but also to conduct the necessary analyzing it
