Abstract:
The article is devoted to the role of a joint-stock corporation manager as a representative of the employer for social partnership relations. By using a system-structural and comparative legal methods of scientific research, the author shows that the manager of a joint stock corporation in his role as the employer representative for social partnership relations play a key role in social partnership system on a local level. The article reveals the scope of authority which is provided to the manager by law in the sphere of social partnership, the nature and content of his rights and obligations in this sphere. The conclusion also touches upon the matters of legal responsibility of such a manager. The issues outlined in the article may be used also for the purpose of further study of legal regulations of the relations arising in the sphere of the joint-stock corporation manager’s legal status from the point of view of labor law; they may be used for developing specific measures for perfecting the legislation in this sphere.
