Abstract:
The article explains the complex legal and economic importance of rating of Russian regions in terms of public-private partnership. The author analyzes the ratings data compiled by the Centre for Development of public-private partnerships in 2013 and 2014. It is also noted that the rating regions help efficiently and effectively harmonize regional legislation on public-private partnership after the adoption of the federal law "On the basis of public-private partnerships in the Russian Federation."
