Abstract:

This article presents an analysis of approaches to definition of the legal status of the individual, in separating it from the related term «legal status of the individual». The author paid attention to the problem of filling patterns of the legal status of individuals with regard to the present situation in the field of human rights in the Russian Federation. On the basis of carried out research, and make suggestions on the possible direction of modernization of the legal status of the individual
