Abstract:
In this article the author examines the issues of projects efficiency and issues of the economic effect of investment in innovation. It was noted that currently it's necessary a modern methodological base to assess innovation projects, their selection, organization of financing and monitoring. The authors investigate in detail the commercial attractiveness of the project, which is proposed to designate from two points of view. The article is investigated the assessment of investment projects in the investment analysis framework, and its results can be written in economic section of the feasibility study or business plan
