Abstract:
Background: The paper presents the classification of the crisis of innovative development, defined and systematized the main directions of the management of innovation potential crisis enterprises depending on the type of crisis. Theoretical study of issues related to the innovative potential of enterprises, methodological aspects of management of innovative potential of the enterprise, the development of the theory of the crisis at the company dedicated its research scientists like K.Frimen. [26] G.Kleyner [8] P. Drucker [4] L. Michael [15], A.N.Trided and others Methodology: Since the innovative potential of enterprises and , in particular, is a systemic crisis enterprises indicator, it characterizes the level of efficiency of management crisis now in implementing the strategy of innovative development. Effective functioning of the market mechanism provides for the elimination from the market of bankrupt business structures; insolvency and subsequent bankruptcy of enterprises are increasingly becoming the subject of arbitration courts. However , prevention of crisis, ensuring constant state enterprises, effective management in times of crisis, aimed at the conclusion of enterprises out of the crisis − the problem more complex and important. On the solution of these problems should be targeted system of measures, known as crisis management. Results: As a result of work determined that the choice of the direction of management of innovative potential of enterprises crisis occurs on the basis of compliance with its innovative resources. Based on a review of innovative resources, you may find the potential that the company is able to effectively use and by which it is possible to overcome the crisis state. The practical significance: Further research on the topic of innovation potential should be aimed at finding ways to determine its presence in crisis enterprises. Indeed, in the current practice of arbitration management in the Russian Federation bankruptcy procedures often lead to liquidation, and not to their rehabilitation. Possible to determine if the innovation potential in the debtor company, the liquidator will be easier to develop a plan to restore the solvency of the debtor. The social consequences: Analyzing the statistics of Arbitration Courts, we conclude that, on average from 2010 to 2013, 5.83% of all companies solvency restored as a result of financial recovery procedure, 1.85 % as a result of external control procedures , 1.65 % as a result of conclusion the settlement agreement. The search for new ways to develop the institution of bankruptcy and its transition to rehabilitation will focus instant results. Operating entity − it jobs for citizens, the country's economy, as well as a tax agent. Originality / value: The author sees the prospects for further development of the theme search innovation potential crisis enterprises scientists whose interests lie in the field of crisis management and development of the institution of bankruptcy in the Russian Federation
