Special aspects of crude oil and oil-product supply agreement

Analysis of some scientific papers (eg. Abramov A.N., Logothete D.D.) justifies the need for a civil law provisions of petroleum and petroleum products as a variety of sales. Therefore the aim of the article is to clarify the provisions of the civil law regarding contract to supply petroleum products. The study is based on the application of such scientific and special methods (synthesis and analysis, induction, abstract logical), and approaches (abstract logical and monographic). Source of scientific material became only the theoretical achievements of scientists in relation to the contract supply of petroleum and petroleum products and the provisions of the Civil Code. Proposed to introduce in Chapter 30 of the Civil Code section "Supply of petroleum and petroleum products", where a substantive nature of the contract supply of oil and petroleum products to determine the following wording:"According to the contract the supply of oil and petroleum products, one party (the supplier), carries on business in the relevant field is obligated to transfer to another party (the buyer) in the contracted period or periods or purchased her oil extracted or manufactured or purchased it oil for use in business or otherwise non-personal, family, or other use of activities and the other party (the buyer) is obliged to pay he had received oil or oil products. "In that chapter should introduce general provisions on the obligations of the parties, the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the supplies.
