Abstract:
In article by means of the analysis of object of the crime provided by Art. 184 of the Criminal code of Russian Federation «Bribery of participants and organizers of professional sports competitions and spectacular commercial competitions», is considered a question of a place of this article in system of Special part of the Criminal code of Russian Federation. On the basis of research of the public relations acting as the main direct object of the considered crime, the author draws a conclusion about an inaccuracy of the room of Art. 184 of the Criminal code of Russian Federation in the section VIII and chapter 22 of the Criminal code of Russian Federation. It is besides suggested about allocation prospect in system of Special part of the Criminal code of Russian Federation of the independent chapter providing criminal liability for acts, encroaching on these or those versions of the public relations in the sports sphere.
