Abstract:
Background: Social dialogue at workplace is a necessary condition for the stability in the industrial and labor relations. Collective bargaining and other procedures are often perceived as formal and onerous duty imposed by labor legislation. A formal attitude to social dialogue negatively affect their performance. At the same time there are international acts reflecting the progressive experience of mutually beneficial cooperation between employers and workers. In this context the study of international standards of social dialogue seems relevant. Materials and Methods: In the article the official documents of the universal (ILO) and regional (EurAsEC, CIS, European Union) levels on regulation of social partnership in the field of labor are analyzed. Analysis based on studies of foreign experts (J. Ishikawa, S. Hayter, etc.). Conclusion: Established that the inclusion of international labor standards promote effective cooperation in the enterprise, which aims to make labor relations more stable. It implies predictable behavior of the employer and employees and confidence relations between employer and workers. Originality/value: The article can be useful to practicing lawyers and entrepreneurs, trade unionists, as well as all those interested in the problems of modern international legal regulation of labor
