Abstract:
He article discusses the state regulation mechanisms of innovation development, applied in the CIS member states. The article analyzes the state regulation mechanisms of innovation development, and it is concerning ones that are applied already and ones that potentially could be applied towards the CIS member states economics. Some regulations mentioned in the article are: tax benefits, government subsidies, preferential loans, the allocation of special economic zones regime. Territorial allocation of the high technology manufactures and intensive productions holds a special place in the whole system of the State regulation mechanisms of innovation development. So, particularly the authors concerned about zone regulation mechanism of innovation development that is applicable in Russia. Special economic zones could be located on the border territories of a few CIS member States. The authors point some of the economic instruments and mechanisms that help to develop the economic in general of CIS member countries like implementing various economic mechanisms, creating special economic zone regime, territories development, participating in the national and local competitions and grants to create special economic zones held by federal authorities
