Abstract:
Due to continuous intellectualisation of labor process and appearing of new technologies the intellectual race becomes imminent. The one succeeds who masters technologies first. Human capital appears to be the most powerful weapon in competitive struggle. Potential employees should not only possess a knowledge base but also be able to successfully process new information. The study was performed on innovative technologies used in both russian and foreign companies there main strategies and techniques. According to Deloitte about 77% of russian companies acknowledge that innovations play essential role in business development. The importance of human capital assets management grows subsequently. Huge role is played by HR department. Human capital provides the company continuous development and profit. Lately, companies tend to hire fewer highly educated employes with extensive work experience rather then hiring employes without experience. In this article we will investigate innovative technologies in human capital assets management in state highly technological projects in Russia and abroad. Innovative development in manufacture, medicine, education and science is widely discussed in Russia. The secret of their popularity lies in spend cuts by increasing return on investment. However there is a range of problems which slow down faster and more effective human capital assets management in Russia as follows: lack of financing, low educational level, week infrastructure. Russia inherits the business model from USSR. This model is outdated and doesn't meet new day requirements.
