Development of the domestic criminal legislation about responsibility for encroachments on military property till 1917

In article formation of the domestic legislation on responsibility for crimes against an order of savings of military property at a pre-revolutionary stage is considered (till 1917), is analyzed the maintenance of standard sources of that period, is drawn a conclusion that responsibility for loss of subjects of military property was provided for the first time in 1607 in «The charter of the military, gun and another matters concerning military science...», and further development of the military and criminal legislation in this part went on the way of expansion of understanding of subjects of military property and ways of infringement of it.
