Abstract:

Task. The high share of the population of Russia, practising Islam, causes need of complex and system research of questions of their activity, including an economic component. Model. This article is devoted to research of essence and types musharakah, as one of ways of islamic financing of commercial activity. Islam position concerning attraction of borrowed funds on the terms of joint partnership within the russian legislation is considered in this work. Conclusions and practical application. The drawn conclusions will allow to expand a theoretical basis of functioning of the enterprises in sharia bosom, and also will help to attract financial resources in business and to provide to the credit organizations the corresponding services, without breaking Islamic laws in practical life. Social consequences and value. The solution of this kind of tasks will allow muslim businessmen to solve a problem of shortage of financial resources that will create prerequisites of growth of the market of a services sector
